These are the terms you buy under. They sit alongside our shipping and returns policies, which form part of them.
Who you are buying from
African Gem Herbals is an independent official distributor of African Gem products. We are not the manufacturer. The product is formulated and bottled in South Africa; we buy it, hold stock, and sell it in Nigeria. Our address is 6 Oniba Drive, Iba, Ojo LGA, Lagos, Nigeria.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Nigerian Naira and include the delivery charge shown at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — nothing is added afterwards. Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown on your order page, quoting your order reference so we can match it.
An order is a request to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your payment. Until then, we may decline the order and will refund anything already paid.
Stock and cancellation
Your items are reserved from the moment you order. If your payment is not confirmed within the window shown on your order page, the order is cancelled automatically and the stock goes back on sale. You can also ask us to cancel an unpaid order at any time.
The product
African Gem Aloe Ferox Herbal Drink is a herbal food supplement, not a medicine. It is sold on the merit of its ingredients. It is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children without medical advice. If you take prescribed medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Distributor packages
A package is a purchase of stock at distributor pricing, plus registration as a distributor under our team on the official African Gem portal. It is not employment, an investment, or a promise of income. What you earn depends entirely on your own effort, skill and time, and no income is guaranteed.
Point value, ranks and commission payments are administered by African Gem through its own portal under its own terms, not by us. As a distributor you must not describe the product as acting on any named illness or medical condition, and must not promise anyone a specific income.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
